Don’t Touch The Minibar
Minibar prices are off the roof in hotels and when it comes to Vegas, they go straight up to the sky. If you don’t want to spend any more than you want to on drinks, drop by a convenience store and buy your drinks and snacks there. These mini-bars may even have sensors that track items when they’re removed for a specific amount of time, and charges you when that time has elapsed, even if you return the item. As a rule, don’t open, move or store any item in your hotel room’s minibar. You may also want to watch out for those complimentary-looking bottles of water next to the TV when you walk in as there is nothing free about it.
